I'm Tia, founder of CCC Services. With a BA in Human Resource Management, CIPD Level 5 certification, and experience at a leading global HR and L&D body, I created CCC to offer what systems can't: calm, confidential spaces for real human connection at work.
Aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards, I'm pursuing the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the Portfolio Pathway, with over 40 hours of accredited training completed to date.
